Customizing the ‘Popular Categories’ Section in Footer: Step-by-Step Guide

I want to update the “Popular Categories” and “Even More New” sections and add different lists. How can I do this?

Hi,

The footer templates are predefined, they can’t be customized. You could however choose this template https://prnt.sc/bQ5pMn7nFm6f and add your own block here https://prnt.sc/2CcKlKFkFXRb and popular category widget here https://prnt.sc/8PcG2Rz-4Lil Or add anything you want.

These 3 footer sidebars here https://prnt.sc/PC1kyHlA_TJr correspond to the 3 footer sections https://prnt.sc/zYMfGYsE8xI4 Some footer templates already have content in them, and anything you add will be displayed below that content. Other templates are blank, so you only your widgets will be displayed.

As a note, the popular categories widget displays a list of categories, sorted by the number of posts each category has. The category with the most posts is displayed first.
