My second issue is that i want to add a custom bar on the bottom of the youtube videos I place on my website
entertainmentpunjab.com. This alllows users to subscribe to my youtube channel.

I want it to look like the one in the link below.

Please guide me where i have to make changes to make it effective.

Our theme does not have such an option. It can be added in 2 ways. Either by a plugin , or by hard-coding it. Here are a few resources to help you in this matter:
