Cyrilic characters become symbols in frontend after migration to new domain. I migrated with Duplicator, no issues shown, it’s even on the same hosting plan.
I did move transfer and assign to new domain, but frontend cyrilic characters become symbols, the database has same configurations as the old one, as said default from the same hosting plan.
Strange is that adminpanel shows bulgarian language properly, only the frontend, theme. I need a fix on this fast.

I did the transfer manually and it worked, the only issue i have now is that in frontend none of the icons show, it simply shows empty box like this [].

Usually, that problem with icons is related to the CORS policy that is blocking the access -> https://i.imgur.com/vxvPj7H.png . This problem can be solved using those guides:
