DARTIframe.html install needed to run Adsense ads on this theme?

I’ve noticed that some users when clicking ads are ending up on a 404 page, for example https://www.mysite.com/doubleclick/DARTIframe.html?gtVersion=200_194&mediaserver=https:/

According to Google I need to download and install the DARTIframe.html file to run Rich Media ads.

I this the case or is it something else causing the 404?

Hello,

Doubleclick ads have not been tested with our theme and based on our user experience, they require extra implementation to work properly, but I have not seen this requirement before.

You could also try the suggestion from the link you provided, and check if the ads display properly.
