Dashboard Appears when Logged out

A partial dashboard appears to logged out users, including the options “Login” and “Events” (from The Events Calendar plugin). I have disabled every plugin, individually, one by one, and also all at once, including the Events Calendar Plugin, but the dashboard remains visible. pbcvoice.us

I’ve checked your site and there is no part from dashboard displayed if I am not logged in. I am not sure why this happens on your side but you can try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches including browser’s cache then test again.
