Most of the elements can be translated using the option from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/bEvGOOG.png also if you want a specific format for date you can check this guide -> https://wordpress.org/support/article/formatting-date-and-time/

i want to change in my language, indonesian, like monday > senin. i dont get it in theme panel
