date format has some problem

In Newsmag theme I was using “l, F j, Y G:i (\H\O\R\A\ \T\U\R\C\A)” and it works well but now I just bought new Newspaper7 and it doesn’t work. It’s important for me to say people that they see the local time..

I put javascript option checked 🙂 so there is no problem
