Dear Support,
Our subject date on the top bar is not updating with/out java enabled, with/out cache enabled or disabled cleared etc.
Could you guide?

Hi
Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches then test the site again. Let us know how it goes and if the problem persist please provide your site url so we can have a closer look.
