i want to know on how i can deactivate/remove a license, i’m changing my domain.

Hello,
You can reset the key from System Status -> https://i.imgur.com/gKa1F1J.png
To be able to assign a new license to a website, please make sure the status is inactive, ie Unassigned on that website, reset the key and set the new license, on the website.
