We don’t want to rebuilt our whole website with TagDiv composer. We discovered many problems with it. We updated the website with the latest TagDiv Newspaper theme to avoid hacker problem discovered with the theme.
We tried to put shortcodes in a page built with TagDiv composer and they don’t show ?

tagDiv Composer is a MUST have plugin. It is the main core of the Newspaper theme. Working without it is not an option.
You can use shortcodes and implement it into a Column Text element. Simply insert the HTML code in here: https://www.screencast.com/t/BL70uRy5U

There is a conflict between WP Bakery and tagDiv Composer. You will have to disable wp bakery. Also please note that we recommend using only one page builder.

So you are telling me because you have a FAULT in your theme we have to upgrade to the last version AND because you IMPOSE to your CLIENTS to swith to your TagDiv composer WHICH IMPLY to REDO THE WHOLE SITE !!! WE ARE IN THE DEEP SHIT ! Thank you very much for your very competent support !!!

After some testing we found out that you can insert the shortcodes using a text with title element from the tagDiv Composer. You can try that or if you want we are able to offer you a refund if you make a request here: https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new

That method isn’t working. Can you please elaborate some more? I am just trying to insert a shortcode into the post template. I have this theme on multiple sites so switching is not an option right now.
