how can I deactivate the Mobile plugin template just for the tablet?

HI

The mobile theme works only for mobile devices, not for tablets so there is nothing to be deactivated.
If this is not what you mean please provide more details about what you’re trying to do so we can inspect it closer and get back to you with a more accurate answer.
