Unfortunately you will have to provide more details as i cannot understand exactly what it is you want help with. I assume you want to implement the video for sign language in the bottom right of the screen. Our theme does not have that capability so it will require custom implementation. Unfortunately we do not have a customization department so we cannot offer any custom work. You will need to either do it yourself if you have the proper coding skills or hire some help from a freelancer/developer

I’m sorry but I do not know any plugins that have this feature. We have not tested any nor have we had to deal with sign language videos until now so I cannot provide a solution as I do not know how. You will have to search for a plugin that can do this and follow it’s instructions.
The website you keep mentioning is not a wordpress site and that is no plugin. It is a custom implementation.
