Hello. I use default site post template with default style. How do I define content in the right column?

Hi,
The right column is the sidebar and this can be set only widgets -> https://i.imgur.com/COu23a3.png -> https://i.imgur.com/OWtU9kA.png or individual per posts -> https://i.imgur.com/NafklN8.png and the results are -> https://i.imgur.com/Pm4rCgl.png
