Default Sidebar position

I have hundreds of posts which I’ve imported from another website and I’m having trouble getting these to display a sidebar. All of the individual posts have the side bar position set to “Default” and I’ve set the default in “Template Settings” to have a right sidebar. I’ve done this by Template Settings > Blogs & Posts Template > Custom Sidebar + position [Side Bar set to the right]..

This problem doesn’t occur with new posts (they inherit the default setting correctly), only the existing ones.

I’ve tried deactivating all plugins except Visual Composer and doing a fresh install of the theme. I’ve also tried flushing all the MySQL tables but still have the problem..

Please can you help?

Hi,

Please take a look also on categories in Theme Panel and where is positioned the sidebar there. I say that beacuse this setting overwrite template settings: http://screencast.com/t/J8VIfhrRv

OK, it’s sorted… I was just looking in the wrong place in the Theme Panel.

Thanks!
