Hello folks.
I have installed and activated Newsmag Child theme on WordPress 5.8.2. All plugins are disabled except recommended plugins for Newsmag.
I have also installed Default prebuilt website (without test content). The problem is that when I load the front page, I only see an “empty” Newsmag with no trace of the Default theme.
When I installed in the same way on an empty test site with 5.8.2, everything went as expected.
Does anyone have a tip on where to start troubleshooting? Or is this just another acute attack of smack on the forehead syndrome?

Please make sure that you installed the theme correctly and you also activate theme.
What I can recommend is to reset the license key from the Newsmag > system status, after that delete the tagDiv Composer and reinstall it from Newsmag > plugins, then activate the theme.

Sorry, did not work. I have also tried to clean everything out and install Newsmag from scratch, but it does not work either. Too bad, but you can’t win’em all.
Seems to be one of those undefined “nothing works” issues that will be challenging to solve. Think I have to move on. Thanks for responding.
