Default Theme – How To Remove View and Comment Counts

Hello I believe I have disable the view and comments count in the theme panel yet it continues to show up on the pages.

I am using the DEFAULT DEMO. Please see attached images. I have the setting off yet it continue to appear.

Hi HIGHLIFE,

Please desirable the view count and and comment count from Newspaper>Theme panel>Post settings>Post and Custom Post Type -> https://www.screencast.com/t/l3ZSllC89f8
After that clear all cache and those will be hide for posts.
