I want to know how can I remove the default search engine from my theme and use the google search engine.

Hello !
You can remove the search element by editing the template using tagDiv Composer. Right click on it and delete it.
Please note that Newspaper Theme does not offer google search option. You will have to do this using a 3rd party plugin.
