Dear,
I see on my website that if width is smaller or equal to 1018px all td_block_grid_X are rendered normally with a width equal to 1068px.
But with a screen width upper or equal to 1019px the grid as a wrong alignment!
The good One
The bad One
The strange thing is that problem do not appear from tagdiv composer !

Finally I found why cause this display …
I have an extension which minimy css and seem to be not compatible with newspaper theme
