Add a block to a page in page builder (here, I used “block 12”).
Delete the default value for the “custom title for this block”.
Save the block.
Now, edit the block again and the above field is again filled with the default value “Block title”.
If you don’t pay attention and save the block title without removing the value manually this block title will show on your page.
IMO this is an error. The default value should not appear there again when just updating a block. I guess this could be avoided by using the HTML5 feature “placeholder” instead of setting the value attribute.
