Dekstop and mobile difference

I can’t set the same view from desktop to mobile. I see two different layouts. In one it gives me the homepage in the other the list of articles.
Why?

When I see the site on the PC it is one thing on the phone is another. Yet I have verified that the page is set to static and that there are no differences

Hi,

I thought that you are using the mobile theme which has a different layout than the desktop version but I saw that you are not using the mobile theme. I have checked your website and it seems to be the same – desktop/mobile. On the mobile, the general responsive mode version is enabled as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/3tEjwIc7so If is not what you mean, please provide more details so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
