Hello – I am essentially trying to delete all content below the navy blue bar section ( screenshot: https://www.tischappraisalgroup.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/Screen-Shot-2020-07-07-at-10.20.25-AM.png) on the home page, but I don’t see where to delete the rows, etc, just the individual elements ( https://www.tischappraisalgroup.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/Screen-Shot-2020-07-07-at-10.20.16-AM.png).

If you want to delete a row/element, you can delete it using the right click on the row icon or on element -> http://prntscr.com/owlyuw -> http://prntscr.com/owlynq -> https://i.imgur.com/4lXLdQO.png or using the drag and drop -> http://prntscr.com/owlz2r or you can simply click on the row/element and pres the delete button from your keyboard -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Mai7iyEG

This error comes up when I try:
changeData Error: Element model id is not in $refEl data! Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)

If I understand correctly, when you try to remove a row or element you get the above error.
If is so please make sure that you do not have any plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
After you have only theme plugins try again to remove the element, if the problem persists, please provide some screenshots and some details about the element you want to remove.
