If some posts only belong to one category (say, “World”) and one deletes that category, are the posts deleted as well, or are they automatically moved to “General” (not sure if that’s the title in English)?

We (naturally) have several categories for posts: “Domestic news”, “World news”, “Science news”, etc.
Now, if I delete, for example, the category “Science news”, and some posts were in that category and in no other category, are the posts deleted as well, together with that category?

Deleting a category has no impact on the post themselves. They are simply linked to a category. If the category is removed and that was the only category the posts had selected they will move to the “uncategorized” category.
