Hi Guys
I have installed Newspaper Theme and the Health & Fitness demo content, am I allowed to leave the demo content on my site and add more of my own content to my site as I go?

The demo content is only supposed to help you in setting up your site and to give you an overview of how it will look once it is done. You should delete the content once you are done setting your theme.
