Demo Data & Transfer

Hi,
We are building our site on a development platform, and once it is ready to go live we will want to delete all the demo data and transfer it over to the real site.

I have two questions,
1. Is there an easy way to delete all the demo data or does that have to be done manually one at a time?
2. Will transferring the site over cause me to lose all my theme options? This is important that we don’t have to go through all of it again.

1. You can uninstall the demo from here: http://screencast.com/t/73NM0wEFwdM your content will not be deleted, just demo content.
2. All theme option are stored in your database so you have to also move the database.
