Demo Import feature (With content as well as only setting) is not working. The page freezes and nothing happens.
Did a complete database reset and installed a fresh copy of the theme.
Still nothing happens
Tried to test it on another website and local host as well. Not working. None of the demos get installed. Nothing happens on clicking install.

Please try to import it again! It seems was a temporary problem with our server and now should works as expected.

Still doesn’t work. Just downloaded a fresh copy from themeforest, to no avail.
Here are the steps i have followed.
1. Downloaded installable wordpress file and activated. Went to install demos (with and without demo content). Nothing happens.
2. Downloaded all files and documents. Installed theme file, and all the plugins in the plugins folder. Tried to install demos (with and without demo content both), nothing happens.
Can someone tell me what is wrong with the theme?
I had an old copy of the theme (version 3.1) and checked with it, everything works fine though.

Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can take a closer look at it. Before this, you should make a full backup to your database to avoid losing all of your data. Provide the link at this conversation so we can quickly identify you. Also, provide the CPanel access for more further investigations.

Note: Please DO NOT activate the theme. I have multiple website, and I haven’t decided yet on which website will I be activating the theme and using it.
Right now, I’m just playing with the theme options to achieve a desired look. Once I am satisfied, I shall activate the theme myself.
