Demo not available (grayed out)

Why are some of the demos unavailable? I want to use Dental, but it is not available. Screenshot:

Firstly, there is no Cloud Library in the Plugins area. See screenshot:

Secondly, there is nothing in my Downloads area by that name. I have reviewed the help file & it assumes that this library is easy to get to, but it’s missing. Where do I get it?

Hi,

Please make sure that you have the latest theme version, the TagDiv Cloud Library was introduces in theme in version 8.8
