Hi, can I activate the theme using the same license in the development and staging environments?

Hi,
The theme can be activated on a testing domain, there will be no problem doing so. According to Envato license terms, the theme license can be used on a single final product (website)
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
So a testing environment or local private install will not be a violation of the terms.
