Difference in web and mobile layout

Hello support team,

Need urgent help!
I could see my mobile version theme being different from the web one. I set up the CSS of mobile on the web, but when I see the site on my mobile phone it is different.

I tried to create a mobile page, but it seems it was not created properly. It shows an error on the top of the page. Please let me know how can I solve these problems.

If we want to use only responsive way among three ways of mobile setup, how can we remove the Mobile setting? Can I just delete the mobile page file? How can I delete it?
