Differences in the visualization of the webpage Safari/Google

One module of the footer shows up differently depending on which browser you use to visualize the website. I attach two screenshot of the problem, one taken while using Safari, and the other while using Google.

margin-top: 0px !important;
}
Set the code in Theme Panel ->Custom code -> Custom CSS

Well actually not, it only solved the problem for the menu page. But the problem persists when it comes to the rest of the pages.
