Hello, I’m wondering how could I achieve this. I want to have different ad groups for the mobile version of the site.

Hi
In case you are using Ad-sense this might be against their policy, to have on dekstop one specific ad, and on mobile different ad. For other ads type’s you can check this link https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-system-full-guide for more details, and if you want different (non-Adsense) ads on mobile you can paste the ad’s code inside this class:
<div class="td-visible-phone"></div>
