What’s different between “Source name” and “Via name”? Which one should I use?
For example, I repost an article from another website, should I use the “Source” to label and link the original site or the “Via”?

There is no difference in the implementation of the theme. You can read this article here -> https://www.drupal.org/node/1161464 for more information about Source and Via. Basically, you can use anything you want to mark the source of your post content.
