Different headers and menus

I’m not sure what you mean. You can set your header style from Theme Panel > Header section – http://screencast.com/t/rvoX3sQJlZpO and you can set a menu from Settings – http://screencast.com/t/UGegvCnqnR
Also you can import stacks: http://screencast.com/t/tfg1ZbJGhhs – http://screencast.com/t/XDgsOjSyzG6F
In our demo each stak is an example of a website so you cannot use different headers and menus on different page without custom modification – if this is what you mean, the theme doesn’t have an option for this. Unfortunately we cannot provide custom work as we work hard on development, updates and support.
