Different layout of three browsers?

I noticed that my page looks completely different on Safari, Firefox and Chrome. Nothing looks out of place or bad, but the layout varies and different elements appear. Two of the browsers show a two column layout and one browser has one column. One has a blurb and picture about me at the bottom and the other two do not.

Can anyone tell me why this might be happening? Can it be made consistent?

Works consistent for me. Might be a caching issue.

Thanks ??? I did refresh the page, but I am due to for some update, maybe I’m looking oder versions of a few of the browsers?

Safari and Firefox have,
2 columns
Trending now button
no bio about author

Please note Safari has been showing the bio at the bottom and has since stopped.

Chrome has
one column
no Trending button, but breadcrumbs instead
Bio about author

I have checked your site and I didn’t found that issues for all browsers is the same page:
