Hi,
I’ve changed my theme to show a different menu for a page.
But I had a problem with the submenu:
MAIN MENU: http://www.ocarreteiro.com.br
NEW MENU: http://www.ocarreteiro.com.br/feira-do-carreteiro/
The class for sf-menu is not ok for the submenu itens.
Could you help me?
Hello Namizitcha,
I have checked your website and I saw that you use a lot of untested plugins -> http://screencast.com/t/8VCzP80yUC Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. I saw your second menu but I cannot recreate this layout. Please try without plugins and check after if your problem is still there. Also, if you have some additional customizations that affect your menu that could cause this issue please try to disable and strat to set it your menu according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/main-menu/
Hope this helps!
Thank you for the message!
Hi Catalin,
I’ve disabled all the plugins and the issue is still there.
I’ve constructed a conditional menu as in this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/conditional-logic-for-menu/
Hello Namizitcha,
I have noticed that you have some customizations in your website and we cannot provide support for your customizations, sorry! Please try to revert the theme to the default settings and check after if your problem persists.
Thank you for the message!
Hi, I’m trying to use “Conditional Menus” plugin (http://themify.me/conditional-menus) but when i active and configure, the page with specific menu is loosing mega menu styles on sub items.
Here in homepage, works fine: http://rp16.com.br/
Here the problem happens: http://rp16.com.br/ribeirao-preto/
Please, can you help me?
Hi,
I can not provide a working solution for this problem, since I do not know how that plugin works and how it could influence the theme, and in this case the mega menu. Maybe the plugin does not have mega menu support, or there are some settings you may have overlooked. You could try the method provided above if you think it will suit your project.
Thanks
Ok, i tried that, but doesn’t work! There is another way to control display items menu by page?
Thanks!
Hi,
There is no theme options to set a different menu by specific page by default, this will have to be achieved through custom modifications or with the use of a plugin with these capabilities. So you could search for this kind of plugins and try a few of them, and see if they will work for you. Here is a topic related to this – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/can-a-page-have-its-own-menu-and-headers/
Thank you for understanding!
