I change yesterday to newsmag theme and edit the page template setting in the theme panel. But there are some pages that don’t look like the oters (breadcrumb, title and sidebar missingen, no margin, …).

It seems that on some posts also the margin isn’t the default margin.

Please check your individual pages and edit them in visual composer, because there is no global page template in the theme panel. You can either add elements in visual composer or add a predefined layout: http://screencast.com/t/sZHKnZ6dMp. There are also 3 types of templates here: http://screencast.com/t/cWDSm0gF9
As for posts there are multiple post templates some with margins others without: You can change post templates in the theme panel for global settings: http://screencast.com/t/NBB2OsY7O7, or on individual posts: http://screencast.com/t/6VNPoqjI.
If this is not what you mean, provide more detailes so we can better understand the problem.

am I right if when I make my pages/posts with visual composer elements than there will be now breadcrumbs on the post/page and title on the page?
For example I create this post with the visual composer but the breadcrumbs are shown:

(but the page load very slow and the images are sometimes not shown when I open the posting?
