Hi,
I use Newspaper and <h1> titles are same on post pages and catagory pages. I would like to display different titles on posts and categories, for example let’s say I post a new article called “This is a new WordPress article” on “Test Category”, I would like to display a custom title on “Text Category”, for example “This is a new post”.
In other words I want to add custom post titles on category pages

If you want to add some features in the theme and you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer or developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!
