Different width of 1/3 & 2/3 width columns

Hey,

I use the same page width on all sites. But at the homepage the 2/3 and 1/3 column layout looks different. The right column (1/3) is smaller than on the other sites.

The right sidebar should look at the homepage the same as on the post page. Anyone can show me, where there might be a difference 😉
