I’ve some problems with the templates. Everything seems ok in the Cloud Templates plug-in but when I’m not logged in lot of things are wrong and don’t work.
Down here two screenshots about the post of this link:

– When I’m logged in I see everything correct like the green part of the screenshots, when I’m not logged in sometimes, in a random way, the correct template appear just in the mobile or just in the desktop.
– When I purge the varnish cache or when I create a new post sometimes the problem is reversed, sometimes after few minutes the problem reversed again.
Maybe there is some error in the Cloud Template Plug-in?
Could you help me in some way?

Yes, I created and assigned mobile templates for each kind of page as the Cloud Template asks.
I use W3 Total Cache and for the varnish cache I use Proxy Cache.

I’ve seen and used that article before but nothing changes.
Also in that article it’s suggested to enable the same theme in each group and it’s an action forbidden bye the plugin itself as you can see in this screenshot:

I tried in the past to use others cache plug-in also (every existent approved and tested cache plug-in) but nothing changes.

I tried an another strategy: I unified every user agent list in one unique group deleting any kind of other group present.
Now everything works perfectly!

Sorry but the problem is not totally solved, in the mobile home page (https://incognita.online/) reappeared the problem.
Inside the other pages and articles seems everything ok.
