My featured Youtube video in my videoposts are displayed as 4:3. However, it should be in 16:9. Now it shows the video letterboxed.

Hi,
I have checked your site and noticed that you have some js errors in your console: http://screencast.com/t/RBVxMDSj
Please make sure that you disable all plugins leaving active just Visual Composer and also empty cache and/or purge files if you use any cache plugins or CDN host services and try again.
Please let me know if you still have this type of issues after doing this as I have also tested this and found no issues with it.

Problem solved. Caused by Minify option in W3 Total Cache.
