Yes, it will be better to disable the schema from theme if you are using the one from Yoast SEO plugin.

Hi ackofiles, if you are using for example Yoast SEO, this plugin has a better schema and it will better to use only that one, not both of theme, that is way we recommend to disable the one from the theme when you are using another schema.
