I’ve enabled comments for my posts.
The comments option is enabled in Home Page (homenaturalcures.com). It is disabled in other static pages. I don’t understand how it got enabled in home page alone.
I do not want comments in my Home Page.

Discussion option is not available in the page when I try to edit it.

I’ve disabled the comments, by enabling the “Disable Comments on Pages” from Theme panel.
