How do I disable this message for all non-admins?
Sorry, but you do not have the correct permissions to install the Jetpack and Revolution slider plugins. Contact the administrator of this site for help on getting the plugins installed.

You can find all notification messages here: http://screencast.com/t/xngFWr5AYtW. You can delete or comment out the entries that you prefer.
