Disable links in Taxonomy Elements

On a post, I have multiple taxonomy fields and I want to stop them linking to an archive template.

Is it possible to turn off links for a column, row or field ?

Or is it possible to create a divert to a different URL for all of them ?

Or is it possible just to do away with archive (and tag !) templates altogether ? It’s such a pain having to restyle all of them – for every taxonomy – across the site!
