Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to turn off only the featured images for Videos, sorry! The only option for Video can be found here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/3VtaFmA0 If is not what you mean, please provide more details so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.

Deactivate the highlighted images that the video automatically generates, Instead of putting my own highlighted image, There is some way I think that in the theme there should be this option

Notice that you can remove the featured image which is generated by your video and replace it with another one wich you like.
