Only in initial versions of the plugin it was in that location. What theme version are you using? There have been improvements to the plugin over the updates, older versions may not work properly in general, or with the latest WordPress.

I found the problem because I do not get the styles in Cloud templeates, and it’s disabling td_composer.
I deactivate it and I see all the designs I’ve made in cloud templeate.

That would be most unusual, both the tagDiv composer and the cloud library plugins are created by us, for the theme. A conflict between them would be unlikely. I believe my colleague Bogdan is investigating the issue on your website.
