The code used on this theme does not benefit post with No Sidebar as setting. Max Width seems to be something around 640px but if I choose a Post without Sidebar because I want to showcase a huge and big picture, I can’t.
See the example for your self.
How can I fix this so the Post template should be no more Thant the width of the selected template, rather Thant the Global Max Width configured in the CSS.
Thanks
Hello,
The width of the images are 696 px for content with sidebar and 1068 px for a post with no sidebars. You simply need to make sure you upload the full image to your post not the 640 thumb like so:

You can have even bigger pictures if you choose a post template that has a big featured image such as:
post style 6: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/td-post-the-new-screen-savers-the-show-that-launched-video-into-the-stratosphere/
post style 7: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/td-post-lenovo-details-new-computers-that-could-be-heading-our-way-in-2015/
post style 8: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/td-post-2015-awards-all-of-the-best-and-worst-moments-from-the-show/
Thank you!
I’m not talking about a Post Style specific, im talking about a Post with no sidebar. When your dont have a sidebar, widht should be bigger than 696px
Hi,
On a post with no sidebar the post content width is 1068 pixels as i have mentioned above.
Here is an example of a post with no sidebar and a 1068 pixels width: http://screencast.com/t/RRM045M7HHFR
Thank you!
Mark this as solved, thanks.
I was doing exactly the same and for some reason it wasnt showing up.
Hi, I have the same problem. I use 8 Style with no sidebar and the post images are small (featured images are ok, I talk about post images). The images does not fit the full width of the post but remains smaller (640 px).
Example:
https://www.nuvoledibellezza.com/2017/05/collistar-natura.html
As you can see from the link, the images is loaded in real size:
https://s21.postimg.org/b5c8xdkdz/Voila_Capture_2017-05-13_09-00-11_PM.jpg
I try to put this css code:
.td-post-content img {
width: 100%;
}
in this way the images are magnified but those with lower dimensions come, obviously blurry.
In the same kind of post post, with no sidebar, also the adv banner is smaller (The banner is the ones that fit the content).

Can you help me? If you send me and email I can give you the access to the backend.
Many thanks.

Hi,
@nuvoledibellezza You just need to insert the images in the post content in full size, then they will be displayed accordingly. From what I can tell the images you are using are too small when displayed

These images should have a minimum width of 1068px as explained by Bogdan and I see that you have selected the full size when inserting them but the result is not as intended.
Maybe the content is served from a cache you might have installed and you just need to clear it to refresh the content. Also a plugin could be interfering with the images. You could try as a test to disable all your plugins except the ones provided in the theme package, clear any caching installed and check to see if the images display as they should in this case, in full. Please let us know how it goes.
Thanks
