Displaing Quote on blocks

Hello,

I have succeded in displaying the “quote on blocks” (see css afterwards, here for precision : https://www.screencast.com/t/zxsqTM0I8U), rather than the excerpt – more practicle for publishing articles.

However, I still have a problem. I use the module M2 but it only displays the quote on box when placed in a row containing several columns but not when placed in a single row without column.

Would you happen to have a solution ?
