display full post on a category page

hi there,

in order to avoid thin content sites I want to create posts and publish them on a category page.
the posts should be displayed on the category page completely including all photos, links, buttons etc.

this way useres on the category page should not be lead to the single post itself.

the single post itself I want to set noindex and if even possible don’t make accessible as standalone post.

if possible: how can I do that with newspaper magazin theme?
if not possible out of the box: any recommendations?

maybe someone has an idea 🙂
