Display pic is an ad, not featured image

How do I fix this issue?

Sometimes, not all the times, articles will display one of the ads, not the featured image. I need it to always display the featured image, if there is one.

I am not sure why this happens but it could be an issue related with cache memory. When this happens again try to clear all caches,m urge cdn files if you’re using then test again.
Let us know hoe it goes and if the problem persist please provide a link where we can inspect it.
