Hi! Normally in posts only the date of publication is displayed. I would like to know if there is a way to put next to the publication date, the date the post was updated and the time.

With tagDiv Composer, you can add the element Single Post Modified Date in Single Post Template and
you can change the additional text in “Last updated on” => https://www.screencast.com/t/EvfUQMfzkd, and the Single Post Modified Date will show you the last time you edited that post => https://www.screencast.com/t/j74uz43paZj

Is there any option for mobile theme of last updated or modified date?

For mobile theme plugin you need to go in Theme Panel -> Mobile Theme -> Post Settings -> Post and Custom Post Type => https://i.imgur.com/VyjFndG.png
If you have the tagdiv Standard Pack activated, please disable it to see the section Post Settings in the mobile theme.
